About our accommodations
All the rooms at Belknap Point overlook the marvelous view of the lake, the Ossippee Mountain Range, and the White Mountains to the north. The rooms have been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind with quality furnishings, AC, CATV and telephones in each room. There are boat rentals, private beach, boat slips and nearby launching ramp.

Motel Units are elevated high above the water, yet still very close to the waterfront. Each unit features a private balcony overlooking the breathtaking view. The rooms are tastefully appointed and feature full baths and full housekeeping.

The Metrocast Cable System provides 70+ cable channels to television sets  in each room. In room phones provide free local access and long distance access using credit or pre paid phone cards. There is an attached deck with tables and chairs to enjoy the view, the sun, or bring back a takeout meal from one of the many local restaurants.

Efficiency Units are set on the waterfront, just 10 feet from the lake's edge. A covered deck extends across the lakefront, providing a great spot from which to enjoy the surroundings. Each Efficiency Unit has a kitchen with sink, stove, refrigerator, small appliances and utensils. The kitchens are nicely furnished with dishes, coffee maker, can opener and toaster - just bring the food!

The photo above is from the same room as the photo on the left. Six of the eight efficiencies on the waterfront are single rooms with either one queen bed or two twin beds which means they are equipped for one or  two adults. The efficiencies are also equipped with air conditioning, heat, television and in room phones. The bathrooms have shower stalls. We partially housekeep our efficiencies daily by collecting the rubbish and providing fresh towels and vacuum as needed. The photos below are of one of our end units or suites which feature a separate bedroom. This is preferred by our longer stay guests.
